Fascinating idea. Better than Coyotes for the C&O Canal Tow Path. Tire wear would seem to be a big problem, especially if you're t-stopping. Having a tire blowout going downhill has got to be an exciting experience. I notice they're wearing forearm protection in addition to wrist and elbow pads (maybe there's a reason for this?). And the price tag is very high: $3,500 to $5,000. But it will be interesting to see how this turns out. Love to try them out. Short clip with the inventor: http://www.abc.net.au/tv/newinventors/txt/s2603494.htm
Cheers,
George
