The calendar at our www.skatedc.org website has been updated (at long last) with the regular weekly skates and some upcoming special skates.

Check it out to find information about future skates, including who is scheduled to lead the skate.  Sometimes the skate route will also be posted in the calendar entry.

I will still try to send out "This Week's Skates" announcements every week.  But we all know what that promise has been worth in the past!  Now when I forget to send out the announcement, you can check the Skate DC Calendar.  Of course, you can also consult the "Skate Leaders for March and April 2010" announcement, which barring any mistakes, should contain the same information. 

I'm hopeful this will help minimize the mystery surrounding our skates, especially for those who have not yet subscribed to the skate list.

Going forward we will be resuming the Friday Night Skate when the weather gets nicer and the days get longer (but no later than the first Friday after the Inaugural Skate on 4/18/10).  We will publicize the start date once we know when it is.
