   I might as well answer a few emails at once...

   George, thanks for posting the minutes of the meeting.  Though  
since I am being called President Ford so much lately, I am wondering  
if there is someone that I can pardon.

   Seriously, though, to answer George's question, there is a small  
triangle of DC territory south of the Wilson Bridge and just east of  
the water line along the west shore of the Potomac.  The upshot of  
this is that during the Wilson Bridge skate of SkateDC Weekend, we  
will skate from DC to MD to DC to VA to DC, as there is about 100 ft  
of bridge bike path in the District.  Quoting George Marinkovich
