Hmmmm, watermelon, water, Popsicles...

I wonder.... do they make watermelon flavored Popsicles?

The watermelon seeds are little chunks of crunchy chocolate.  You can order them online from Alabama, but good gracious they're expensive.  Shipping something frozen from Alabama to DC in the middle of summer ain't cheap.  I guess you're paying for the battery-powered mini freezers that they ship them in ;-)
