[SkateDC] After-skate report, Sunday 9:00 am babies and puppies route in Arlington

It was great, if I must say so myself (I was the leader). I re-used a route from August, 2009. Made a couple of minor changes because of some bumpy pavement hills in the original route. The changes worked great and this is now a classic good route that I will re-use a couple of times per year. There were plenty of babies to watch at the splash park and lots of frisky puppies at the dog park so those two re-group locations worked out great. Participants were Chris (who skated with WAR ten years ago and who recently started skating with us again) Kaitlin (new to WAR in 2010 and a student at Corcoran Art Institute) Dan, George, and me. Got back to the White House 10 minutes too late to visit with the advanced group due to plenty of long regrouping stops. Very hot and humid so the hill climbs were challenging.
