...I think we have an excellent chance of having a dry Friday Night Skate tonight!

The weather forecast has been improving over the course of the day. 

Everything should be dry between now and the 7 PM start time, skates crossed.

Isolated Thunderstorms (which by the way are much to be preferred over Scattered Thunderstorms) are only a slight (30%) chance after 9 PM.

Perhaps the rain gods were appeased with the burnt offering sacrifice of last Friday Night's Skate.

There, now if the unimaginable happens and it does rain on tonight's skate, I can deflect at least part of the responsibility onto Rogers and Hammerstein.  A dry skate is an orphan, but a wet skate has a thousand fathers ;-)
