[SkateDC] Wednesday Night Skate is ON

My Tiki rain god figurine is smiling tonight (probably still satiated by Monday night's sacrifice of Goldfinger), which means he's taking the night off (no idea where he goes on his nights off, we're not that close) and consequently there will be no rain during tonight's skate.  For what it's worth, weather dot com seems to agree (if you believe in that sort of thing).  The chance of rain never goes above 10% tonight and the future radar map looks clear for DC.  Actually a huge green blob forms in the Shenandoah, takes a menacing stutter-step toward DC, reverses course and moves toward the west, but then magically disappears (it's kinda cool, don't see that very often ;-)
