Details of the viewing arrangements for Goldfinger on Monday (7/12/10) will be out shortly, although nothing much has changed from last year's SOTG (except that parking has become a little more bothersome, but now thanks to Tom and MyeongHee I have a nifty wheeled cart so I can transport stuff from greater distances ;-)

I hope you’re excited to celebrate the return of Screen on the Green at our party at the Spy Museum on Thursday, July 8!

First, please note that ALL “waves” in our RSVP system are general admission - you can arrive as early as 6:00pm.

A few more FAQs for party attendees:

Is there a bar? Yes. When you arrive, our volunteers will check your ID – so don’t forget it. Wristbands will be required to purchase drink tickets for beer, wine and cocktails at any of the 8 bars distributed throughout the museum.

What’s open? The entire Spy Museum will be open with an exclusive opportunity to take photos with the original Aston Martin used in the film “Goldfinger.” Even better, our very own “Bond” girl, Miss DC 2010, will be at the event to take photos!

Is there a dress code? A good spy is always undercover, so there's no dress code. That said, if you feel like dressing in “spy” attire, we encourage it. 

Is there an after-party? Yes. An after-party with an extended happy hour will be held at the Iron Horse Tap Room (507 7th Street NW) from 8pm - 12midnight. Don’t lose your bracelet.

Is this event free? Yes. Admission to the party (and the Spy Museum) is free; the only thing you’ll be paying for is drinks. If you like this event and want to see more like it, please make a donation to the “Save Screen on the Green” campaign at the Spy Museum on Thursday.
