    This sounds good.  Ideally, we would leave by 6:45 AM but as long as we are on the road by 6:55 AM it's all good.  As usual, bring a good attitude, skates, indoor wheels or outdoor wheels (that have only been used indoors), helmet and attire that will let you move.  Also, please bring shoes for a little dryland that will be performed.
 
    The floor is not freshly coated; but I personally have been skating on the hardest indoor Atom wheels and have been able to skate just fine.  I think I will be switching to Hyper Sidewinders for that practice though.  Typically our Sunday practice has all types of skill levels and the work out is geared for it.  We skate hard but focus on the fun factor first.
 
     If there are any questions, please feel free to ask.  Also, the weather might be frightful this weekend so we will keep everyone posted as to the status of practice.

             6am in the parking lot at IKEA, Near the loading dock will be fine. The lot will be empty at that time. We need to be in White Marsh by 6:45, so we will have no time to spare must leave Ikea 6:05 at the latest.
