[SkateDC] Whitetail Thursday (1/7/10) [Off Topic]

I'm going to Whitetail this Thursday to take advantage of their Learn-To-Ski package ($39) which seems like a pretty good deal to me.  They say if you can skate you can ski.  We'll see if they're still saying that on Friday.

Anyone interested in going to Whitetail this Thursday (whether you already ski or are interested in the Learn-to-Ski package) and wants to car pool let me know (reply offline).

I suspect this is going to be a long, cold, snowy winter, so it seems like a good time to finally try skiing.  The $39 package applies to those who want to try snowboarding as well.

The resort is open 8:30 am to 10 pm on Thursday.  I plan to go in the morning and come back in the evening.
