[SkateDC] SkateDC Weekend May 21-23! Cone Plan

We will be doing the cone demonstration on the Sunday morning
skate.  Georgetown may work just fine as a location, but we should
scout it to double-check.  Cones on the late Friday skate are fine,
but many skaters will likely be out getting dinner or a beer. Quoting
