[SkateDC] Sunday Intermediate Skate is a GO !

Just plan to do the Pentagram and Compasses Route which is all downtown.  Doesn't go north of Dupont or Logan Circles and the rest of it stays close to the Mall.

Under 11 miles and it passes by the White House half way through.

   From what I see on Capitol Hill, the streets are fairly wet.  On a  
cloudy humid day, they may become dry enough by 11 for an intermediate  
skate, but I find it hard to imagine that the same will be true  
outside of downtown.

   I plan to show up, but the advanced skate will probably just tag
