[SkateDC] Sunday 9/6 Advanced Skate Report - the Return of Lothar

Four skaters set out on the following route today:

At the CVS at Lyon Village, one skate left us because he had a  
commitment to get to early.  That left three to complete the skate.   
They finished the skate in 2:12, meaning they averaged a Very  
Lotharicious 8.64 mph.  Considering the elevation profile, that's sort  
of incredible.  We took two short rest stops, one at Lyon Village and  
one near Clarendon.  All had a good time.
