[SkateDC] Special Saturday Skate (9/5/09)

Inspired by the glorious weather this week I've decided to lead a skate this Saturday, leaving the White House at 9 AM.  Will be an intermediate level skate, probably less than 12 miles on relatively flat terrain.

The theme of the skate will be the events of April 14, 1865, and will feature sites related to the Lincoln Assassination (Secretary of State Seward's House, Willard Hotel, Surrat's Boarding House, Ford's Theater, Booth's escape route out of Washington, Navy Yard, etc.)  I will post the route sometime Friday.
