   Your guess is as good as mine whether the streets will be dry for  
the Halloween Skate.  Watch this space for more details.

   Fortunately, Andrew's band Vital Synz is playing indoors at Bangkok  
Blues, starting at 10 pm.  So whether the streets are wet or dry, go  
there later on in the evening and rock out!
