[SkateDC] How not to race

There are two big things to not do in a race:

   1.  Do not run too quickly early.

   2.  Drink lots of water.  The time that you spend on a bathroom
time-out will be less than the time you spend if you get nasty cramps.

I ignored these two rules and ran the first 23 miles in 3 hours 21 minutes.

Unfortunately, a marathon is 26.2 miles long.  So I limped in to
the finish and missed all skaters but one.  Oh well.
