Come out and enjoy an evening of Korean performing arts!  This performance is an excellent opportunity to surround yourself with several, rarely staged, Korean performing arts. 
 
The Washington Korean Dance Company is one of the most well known dance companies in the Washington Metropolitian Area. The company was established in 1986 to preserve and promote Korean culture and traditional Korean dance. 
 
Among the acts you may enjoy are: Jang-go Chum - Hourglass drum dance; Seungmu - Monk dance; Oh-buk Chum - Five Drum Dance; Sa-mul-no-ri by Sebastian Wang (who has B.A. Degree from Korean National University of Arts in Seoul); a beautiful modern/fusion Kayagum play by So Yeun Jung (who had a Master's degree in Korean Music); a Korean vocal, Pansori, by talented Eunsu Kim and her students; and Ki-chun-Mun by Master Moon Hun Park who is working hard to raise Ki-chun-mun's presence in the U.S.  
 
Tickets can be purhcase by calling 703-698-8144.  You may pick up the ticket (s) in person in VA or, if you send me a check payable to WKDC, I can get the tickets to make sure our group can sit together.  I must receive the check no later than Oct 30, but the sooner the better since this may be a sell out!
 
p.s. i am not performing this time and won't be able to attend the event, but you can still come out and enjoy the night;-)
