[SkateDC] Soggy Skate or Adult Night Rink Skate

Skaters,

Jeffrey & I will lead the 11 am Sunday Skates tomorrow if the rain lets up (no more 9 am skates until spring 2010).

There is a monthly adult rink skate Sunday which will be a good option if we cannot skate outside. These are aways fun events which are organized by adult skaters for adult skaters. You can use any skates you want to bring and it is okay to skate fast. Rental skates are available if you want to try something different.

Women usually outnumber men at these. The football game will be shown on a big screen so maybe that will help narrow the gender gap. Roller Derby skaters sometimes participate.

Hello Skaters,

Come Out and Join the Fun!!!

Our last skate was very successful thanks to all of you who came out for the event.

When: Next Sunday, October 18th

Time: 7:30- 10:00 p.m

Cost: $7.00 at the door

Sooo... please clear your schedules and come out and skate. The music will be pumping and the football game will be broadcast in living color for all our avid football fans!

FYI

Skate N Fun Zone has a day Adult Skate now every Wednesday from 10:00 am-12pm.
This skate will be playing current music and replaces the orginial Tuesday Coffee skate which play classic organ skate music.

If you are available then please come out and support the day skate as well. Your continued attendance is needed with both skates in order to keep them up and going.
