All Cone-kickers

More tricks! I just finished a slalom workshop in Atlanta.  Here are some new tricks that I may be able to teach: Bkwds Snake, Basketweave, Swinging Basketweave, Sun, Frwds and Bkwds Nelson, Mega, Mexican, Itallian and front-2-back transitions, Double Crazy, Barrel-roll, and the Inverted Barrel-roll.

We always begin with a 15 minute lesson.  I also do a little coaching throughout.  I will bring a big cooler of water, chalk, cones and measuring tape.  Bring your cones and a helmet for safety.

Our location is Washington & Lee H.S skate park (between parking decks in Arlington, 22201 (location is at off of 15th & Quincy across from Oakgrove Park; MapQuest link below, is for Oakgrove Park, go to 15th St entrance to enter parking decks).

**Rain - if it rains lightly or the streets are wet, the practice will still occur because: 1. we do not go very fast; 2. the paved court we practice on is deserted; and 3. we will slow down and really focus on perfect form.**

*Note: the first Sat of month the parking decks host a big flea markets but this does not effect the skate-space which is fenced off and between the parking decks.

Also, for those who can't make it Sat morning, most weeks I go to the Wed night adult skate 800-1030pm at Wheels Skating Center (1200 Odenton Road, Odenton, Maryland 21113), http://www.wheelsrsc.com/.  I will commit to a free 15 minute lesson to all show up.
