[SkateDC] Halloween Skate 10/31

   Yes, Virginia, there will be a Halloween Skate.

   Saturday 10/31 at 7 pm, at the White House.  We will skate to  
Capitol Hill and Back, and then visit Georgetown.  We will stop for  
food and beer afterwards, probably at Froggy Bottom.

   Show up in a costume.  If you have the best costume, I will give  
you a prize!
