[SkateDC] (not skate related) yet another Sunday entertainment option

I was thinking of leading the Oct 4 Intermediate Skate to the Takoma Park Street Festival but the music does not begin until 11. The festival quietly begins at 10.

We have skated to this a couple of times in past years. The timing would work better with the Advanced Skate.
