<P><FONT size=4>Providing the weather cooperates, the intermediate route on Sunday will take us to the George Washington Masonic Temple in Old Town, Alexandria.&nbsp; This route (about 15 miles) is a little longer than the typical Sunday intermediate route.&nbsp; However, it's bascially level (until we reach our destination) and the view from the top of the Temple grounds is very scenic.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>From the White House we will take&nbsp;15th street to the Jefferson Memorial.&nbsp; We will then cross over the 14th Street bridge and skate south along the Mt. Vernon Trail to Gravelly Point.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT size=4>From there, we will continue skating south along the MVT until we reach the 4-mile run.&nbsp; We will skate on the 4-mile run for a short distance, cross over the canal via a sidewalk on Rt one, and then take Commonwealth Ave.&nbsp; south.&nbsp; From there it's a straight and level 2.5 to 3 mile run to the Masonic Temple.</FONT></P>
