administered the drugs. The speed at which he did so was what caused the
patient's death. Granted, I don't know anything about the case besides what
has been in the press but given that he lied about what he had done, it
appears that he is getting what he deserves. Also, wasn't he a 3rd year
resident? (I could be wrong about that -- I really don't remember.) If so,
he might have had his license by then.
