I don't know if Joe is the official skate leader as head of
NSP, so I'll make an "executive ruling" as head skate leader. :)

Further rain this afternoon/tonight looks unlikely.
The roads look to me to be drying, if slowly.  Therefore, I
say let's skate.  I'll be there.
