Second Street NE/SE, on the east,
Massachusetts Avenue on the north,
Louisiana Avenue and First Street NW/SW on the west,
and D Street SW/SE on the south.

They also patrol the Hill, but my experience is that on the Hill, they're mostly
concerned about security of members of Congress.

The Capitol Police are quite inconsistent regarding skaters. Years ago, I
received a $10 ticket for skating on the Capitol Grounds. I've personally never
been told not to get off a street by them, although I have had a Capitol
policeman tell me that it wasn't safe to skate on Constitution Avenue.

Unless we either attempt to change laws or choose to completely abide by them,
we'll always have this problem with the police.
