[SkateDC] W&OD-Four Mile Run connection now open

   While perusing my monthly WABA email, I found (way down the list)  
notice that the Four Mile Run connection to the W&OD Trail under 395  
opened this morning.  Apparently, there was a ceremony at 10 am.

   No more skating from Shirlington _over_ the freeway to 7-11 unless  
you want to.

   This is huge news, but with the Wilson Bridge opening next week,  
funny how this is a relatively minor story.
