Please delete an email with the subject "new shopping" you may have received from me recently.

It was not sent by me, but rather from a worm or superbot, or something that has infected my computer.

I'm in the process of getting it removed from my computer.

If you opened the "new shopping" email you may want to manually run your anti-virus software as soon as possible.
