[SkateDC] Updated: Skate Leaders for March and April 2009

Bill English will be leading the Inaugural Combined Skate on 
Sunday (4/5/09).  Following the 11 am skate we will be going to 
the Capital City Brew Pub (http://www.capcitybrew.com/downtown.php) 
to celebrate (at approximately 2:30 pm if you're joining us there)
the official start of our skating season and the start of what
promises to be nice weather.
