[SkateDC] The WAR Fireworks Skate

   It wouldn't be July 4th if we didn't have a fireworks skate!  We  
will meet at the White House at 7 pm and leave at 7:15.  We'll kick  
around our usual 4th-of-July haunts and settle in at the Tidal Basin  
just before 9.

   Fireworks go off at 9:15.  Afterwards, we will take advantage of  
closed streets and have a pint at Froggy.

   Pace and terrain of this skate are slightly more than Friday, but  
less than Sunday Intermediate.
