[SkateDC] A few words about the Intermediate Skate Poll

   31 people respond to the poll.  16 picked 9 am and the remaining  
votes were evenly split between 11 am and the "other times" option.

   We heard from people say they will never come out to a 9 am skate.   
We also heard from people who were excited about coming out at 9 am on  
Sunday.  Neither of these was surprising.   But based on the numbers,  
we hope that we can get more participation at 9 am.

   We _did not_ take into account who favored each time - we went with  
numbers.  We will see how the 9 am skate works out and change it if we  
see a need.  One advantage that I can see for the 9 am skates is that  
they will be much more likely to be two hours long as advertised.
