[SkateDC] Sunday's Advamced Skate

   Just a reminder folks, Sunday's advanced skate will be a loop to  
the Wilson Bridge on the DC side and from the bridge on the Virginia  
side.  No crossing of streams this time, but there is some hood action  
and some hills on the way down.  25 miles, give or take.
