[SkateDC] Sunday's Advanced skate

We hadn’t planned to skate the Wilson Bridge on Sunday. The decision was an impulsive one. We were in the area anyway, and several of us will miss this Sunday’s skate because of the Chicago marathon, so we decided to take advantage.
I very much encourage everyone to do Carl’s skate. The bridge is awesome! There are plaques, telescopes, and signs marking where you cross the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia lines. The signs are on the ground, so look carefully.
The bridge is a little slippery. The surface is coated with a white powder that doesn’t allow for good grip. But it’s still very safe. The incline is gentle, and the path is wide.
Enjoy!
