I just wrote to Stephanie Morrisette. We kept in touch for a while after I met her on a Wednesday skate about six years ago. She was in Washington for a convention. Will let you know if she is willing to come out & skate with us.

We can say with certainty that:

-the neighborhoods with bus parking areas will be open to us;
-the car-free area around the hard security zone may or may not be  
open, depending on lots of factors;
-the hard security zone is not open to us.

I also have it on deep background that there will be at least one  
closed-off road that will make our day.
