[SkateDC] Skate Leaders for January and February 2009

All,

With tomorrow's forecasted high temperature to be in the low 30's, the 
likelyhood of a road skate are pretty slim.  We do have a fantastic 
option that we fall back to in the wintertime - ice skating!  If the 
temperature tomorrow does indeed stay frigid, instead of a road skate 
we'll skate at the Sculpture Garden ice rink starting at 7pm.  It's 
right on Constitution Ave between 7th + 9th st.  Normally you can park 
right on the street there after 6:30, but with preparations for the 
inauguration I'm not certain whether that's an option or not.  I myself 
will be metroing in, it's a few blocks away from the chinatown / verizon 
center stop.

So, if you have some ice skates, dig 'em out and join us for some 
skating.  If you don't have 'em, they rent them there.  If you've never 
ice skated, trust me you'll pick it up extremely fast because of your 
rollerblading skills!
