[SkateDC] WAR Annual Meeting 1/30/09

Hey all,

The WAR Annual Meeting will take place on Friday, January 30th, at  
7:30 pm.  Andrew and Susan are gracious enough to let us meet at their  
place, 404 8th Street NE in the District.  We will order out for pizza  
and I'll bring some beer and soft drinks.

A rough agenda includes:
-selection of board members/volunteers for 2009
-settling up of bills for 2008
-club shirts/swag for 2009 - yes/no/what kind?
-Opening Day skate date& details
-SkateDC Weekend planning
-other topics as required
