The WAR Calendar is experiencing some technical difficulties at the moment.  It seems to believe it's Friday, November 30, 2007. Whilst Friday, November 30, 2007, was indeed a great day, it's been over for some time now. The appropriate authorities have been notified.   Sorry for the confusion.  

In the meantime exercise caution regarding the dates of the announcements listed on the website's home page.  The Inaugural Skate and SkateDC Weekend announcements there are actually referring to past events in 2008, not future events in 2009.  The confusion should disappear once the calendar is brought up-to-date, so to speak.

Finally, President Ford is planning a skate on Inauguration Day (Tuesday, January 20, 2009).  He will announce the details once they are available.
