  Goodness gracious! A $2,854.60 fine for "wobbling" and "nearly falling down." As near as can be discerned from the report, the issue seems to be a perceived threat to himself; a potential threat to others isn't even alleged. It appears the nanny state is alive and well, if not downright thriving, in Southport. Thankfully things haven't progressed this far in DC, and I hope they never do. Silver skater, come visit. I would be proud to skate with you.
