[SkateDC] OOPS- Dr. Bill Cohen NOT on the You Tube film I posted last night

I am terribly sorry.

I thought I saw a resemblance, but I was mistaken. At least there is a nice video of Don on YouTube now. I will keep it up there with a corrected title. It is shorter and with better resolution than my previous YouTube postings. Hope this mistake does not haunt me for the rest of my life.

A few years ago I did a quick job piecing together a video for my father's funeral. My father had a big collection of videos, many converted from home movie films dating back to the 40's. People seemed to enjoy that a lot, so I could not resist trying it again. Coincidently, my father was a Pittsburgh road skater during his youth, roaring down hills on steel wheels.

Joe & Carl- thanks for quickly catching my error.

Does anyone know if Bill Cohen skated at the 2005 Skate DC Weekend? Lincheng gave me videos of that event, so I could try again.

Subject: [SkateDC] Dr. Bill Cohen on You Tube

I did not know Dr. Cohen very well, but I took some videos of him at Skate DC Weekend 2008, and also got some photos of him from Jaime Rojo.

I put the photos & videos together in a 4.5 minute You Tube film. 

The resolution dropped a little bit during file conversion. I have a better looking version at home if anyone needs a copy. I also could try uploading a different format to You Tube tomorrow.
