[SkateDC] Route for the Sunday Intermediate Skate on April 12th

Skaters,

I have a 9 mile skate route planned for tomorrow's Intermediate Skate. Should be a fun one. We will be passing a lot of cars that will be jammed up in Cherry Blossom Festival traffic as we visit the Tidal Basin. Not many hills this time. This will be a practice run for the late night Friday skate of SkateDC Weekend. Jeffrey will lead an advanced skate at the same time if you want to go farther and faster. We will depart from 1600 Pennsylvania Ave NW at about 11:15. Allow some extra time for parking because the city may be a little extra busy.
