[SkateDC] Ice Skate Jan 10 in Annapolis with B/A/D

Patricia has been using MeetUp.com to organize inline skating events on the second Saturday of each month. In October, November, and December she has led fun skates around BWI Thurgood Marshall Airport. George Marinkovich, Joe Schlag, Tom Huff, and I have all been out with Patricia, and she came out to skate with WAR on Dec 7th. Some of the Rollerquest skaters have also joined her. Patricia is a strong skater and fit right in with the fast guys on the big hills of Georgetown and the Embassy Loop.
 
Since many of the people who RSVP'ed for the Dec 13 skate around BWI cancelled due to the cool weather, Patricia wants to try an ice skating event for January. She picked a nice place to do it, since the large, uncrowded outdoor rink at Quiet Waters State Park has just been renovated. It will be fun after skating to make the short trip to downtown Annapolis for some refreshments. Maybe Patricia will select a vegetarian place to give skaters an alternative to the extremely meaty place George selected for a group dinner on the same day! Or you can squeeze in both events if ice skating gives you a big appetite.
